February 2017: Saturday, February 4th at 2pm join us for an Experiential Sharing with Amy Lyles. Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, Sound Therapist, Yoga Teacher (with training in yoga therapy). March 2017: Sunday, March 5th at 2pm join us to LISTEN, Elder Molly Steel Speaks. Molly is a Licensed Master Social Worker, a Hospice Worker, and a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. April 2017: Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 2pm come out for a Theory & Perspective Discussion with Allison Davis, PhD. Allison will share with us her research on girls’ experiences of incarceration and her theory she has developed –“the criminalization of trauma”– to describe the justice system’s response. May 2017: Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 2pm, join us for an Experiential Sharing with Katy Swafford, PhD Director at the Eidetic Institute. Katy will take us on a journey through our own imaginations, using the techniques of eidetic imagery. She will lead us in an experiential process with a theme of “coming home” based on her latest workshop series: A New Vision for Uncertain Times: An antidote for pain and despair-and a message of hope. “We have got to get Nature back into the picture somehow if we are going to make a beginning again.” (Akhter Ahsen, PhD – Father of modern Eidetic Imaging) Flyer for her upcoming workshop.

August 2017: Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 2pm Open House Meet and Greet. If you have hesitated, been unsure, or wondered what T.H.E. Meeting is all about, this is your chance. Come meet some of our members, visit a while (you do not even have to stay the whole time!), and see what you think. Bring a snack to share, and connect with this growing community of therapist, healers, and educators.
September 2017: Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 2pm, Jennifer Sabatier presents The Greater Mercy that exists all around us. It binds us together with nature and each other. The Greater Mercy holds us all, even when we have turned our backs on each other and nature. Jennifer will present an overview of this perspective that can be used in variety of ways and settings. The Greater Mercy engages participants in experiential and transformational work so that we can return to our Nature. Jennifer will discuss the dynamic and experiential process that illuminates the relationship that each of us have, as both giver and receiver, within The Greater Mercy. We will explore intentional surrender and witnessing within the context of The Greater Mercy using rituals, imagination, and the meditative state.
October 2017: Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 2pm, Casey Harrison, Dyslexia Therapist will present the latest information on dyslexia. October is Dyslexia Awareness Month.
November 2017: This November we are moving our meeting to 6:30pm Thursday, November 9th. This will be an attempt to respond to the preference of those interested in meeting on a weekday evening. Please come and share what you have been doing this year, and what is ahead. It will be a circle discussion and gathering of gratitude and hope for 2018.
December 2, 2017: Saturday, at 2pm, Mary Adams presents her work with The Four Agreements and Toltec Work.
