Hang Out for Courageous Hearts

Come see what we are up to this year at NewBloomz. We have a couple Community Advancement projects already underway, and few more in the works. We continue to build compassion for ourselves, within our relationships, and for our community.
Camp Good Sam-Wimberley is an excellent opportunity to contribute financially (every donation matters) to a community program that helps prevent learning loss over the summertime for our most at-risk students. You can donate now to help support 110 first through fifth graders who attend this camp. Be on the lookout for volunteer opportunities and other ways to contribute to this 6-week day camp happening at Jacob’s Well Elementary.
Grief Recovery is an excellent choice to do some important work for yourself and your relationships. This 8-week course is more than an opportunity to heal your broken heart. It is a chance to recognize the burdens you have been carrying, unload them, and feel the grace and freedom of The Greater Mercy. We practice compassion for self and others; deep, nonjudgmental, listening; and emotional honesty. There are two more opportunities this year to join this experience that will change your life and your relationships forever.
It Takes A Village facilitates leadership for community projects that support, inspire, and elevate youth and their potential. Inspired By Possibility & Powered By People. Membership is open, and Project Leaders are community members who have projects that support the goals of this collective. NewBloomz approves projects, manages membership lists and social media presence, and promotes projects via the FaceBook page and email distribution list. No Politics, No Drama, No Egos. Find us on Facebook to see what is happening or to post a proejct you want to start. What community project will you lead or join in 2017?
